How to participate the FarmGTEx project?

Data Contribution

We accept whole-genome sequence (WGS, > 5X) and RNA-Seq (>10M reads) from bulk tissue or single cell. Please send a data summary to datacontribution@farmgtex.org. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

Data analysis and method/pipeline development 

Please submit a one-page proposal to proposal@farmgtex.org. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

Specific web server development (e.g., imputation and TWAS)

Please submit a one-page proposal to proposal@farmgtex.org. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

Grant application and training

We are willing to support any FarmGTEx-relevant grant application, and to help with the data analysis and relevant trainings if necessary.
